my son is of 2 year 7 months now he does not speak anything why ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. if baby doesn't speak any words better to go to doctor for neurological evaluation ofor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
