My son is now 4+ in this august he will be 5yrs old. He touches his penis all the time.

A. According to the mentioned query here, it can be accepted as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this ,that this might be something else then you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.i he
