Q.

My son is now 18 months old, what food i need to give to him daily ? should i need to continue cerelac or should i stop ?

A. Hello dear parent! Cerelac can be used only when absolutely no time to cook. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care.
