Q.

my son is not putting on weight although he eats healthy and nutritious food. I gave him every thing that's good for his health

A. Till 5 years, most of the kids gain weight slowly as they remain active and some babies have lean body type, but still they are healthy. Try to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, banana, avocado, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice water and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
