my son is having small hole on back side of head is it a birth mark?

A. Hello my dear parent! Is it always been there from birth? Did you show it to the doctor at that time? Without proper physical examination does not possible to understand the condition you have mentioned. Consult your child doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek further guidance in this matter.
