my son is having skin problem from last 4 months white spots are been created on thighs legs arms i hv given many medicine but there is improvement in infection

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conjoditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by theh doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Three things are most commonly associated with this either this is deficiency of calcium or dryness and if it is spreading that this is mostly a skin related problem so you need to figure out the right reason behind it in the first place then only treatment can be suggested
