my son is having fever vomitings and severe headache he is saying so pls say the remedy for headache

Balm you can put on the head you can give paracetamol as like a painkiller to be given to the child which will help in reducing pain you can press the head of the child also usually vomiting a headache appears at the same time when the child is either extremely hungry or they have acidity or bloating most commonly acidity so please take an assistance with your doctor for for the medication
