my son is having fever.... can I give fepanil 120 syrup??how much dose can I give??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. you can give 1.5 to 2 ml approximately to your baby. give your baby lots of breast feeding. consult your doctor if no improvement after three days. all the very best
