My son is having constipation and also there is blood in stool. what can I do ?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi hard stool caused by inadequate intake of fluids. so first it is important to maintain good hydration. give liquid like coconut water, buttermilk , tomato soup, spinach soup etc . Give Massage to your child daily.
