my son is having a stomach infection...he is crying while passing gas and motion...also with fever... doctor gave walamycin and sporlac powder...but still no improvement....I have a doubt that I'm consuming cows milk will it cause infection but I'm breast feeding him no other formula....then why is he getting stomach infection

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. it's not because of ur conduction of cow milk. keep good hygiene, wash ur hands more often n continue with advice medication, .
increase breast feeding to avoid dehydration
