my son is havinf Acne /Pimple on legs and buttok . consulted a homeopath but no result.

better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor. . ..

Apply bitadin powder or Clocip powder. Both are anti bacterial in nature. Make sure powder doesn't go in mouth of the baby.
Don't use soap on pimples area till it heals. Give baby Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
