My son is going to be 1 yr old in a week. he is having formula milk until now. I have 4 parts to this question, pls answer all 4 :- 1. Can I switch him to normal milk after he is 1 yr old? 2. If yes, then which milk shall I switch him to- cow/ full cream/ toned? 3. also, will I need to mix water to this milk so that baby is not constipated 4. if yes, then how much milk, how much water in 1 glass milk?
