Q.

My son is four years old he is very active but not growing up his height as per his age please tell me which kind of food should give him to grow height?

A. baby is 4 year plus age so try to make him involve more in physical activities and also keep baby away from tv or mobile if he is spending more time on that, and give him balance diet which has protein, vitamins like broccoli, green vegetables, dairy products if non veg can give egg or fish etc
