no its not tilted.. but the skin covers up the entire part and the skin is a little bit more on one side so when he pees , the urine goes in the shape of the skin that is tilted towards the left.

yes,doctor says its fine and nothing to worry about. i was advised to massage my baby's private part in up and down motion with cutisoft ointment every night..my son used to cooperate when he was younger but now that he is so naughty (20 months) he doesn't let me.. so he still pees to the left sometimes but its fine as told by the doctor.
