My son is always complain about his stomachache he is 3.5 year old I have consult with doctor and done his sonography but nothing disappeared in that . What is the reasons behind a stomach ache? will u plz suggest me?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Commfton causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyfclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
