My son is almost 5yr old .but he can not speak whenever he is listening also..he can not proper walking. during the born he fell the fever and stroke many time.please suggest me what I will do.

A. probably were treating doctor must-have explain to you about the progress in the baby since baby is having some problem in the scan report which has posted consult your local doctor
