my son is about 6 year or night main usse teech kut kut krne ki aadat h . usse D worm krke surp bhi diya but still problem h hi . kya reasons ho sakte h plz suggest

Normally it is because of worms only but it would be better to get it examined with your doctor sometimes it could probably be due to some deficiency as well so once your doctor is going to examine they will be able to give you proper help on the situation
