my son is 9 years old and he is having a urine infection, please suggest some remedies or medicine

Neeri syrup you can give to the child but you should consult your paediatric once they can help you with the right medicine to be given and try to give more of water to the child that is going to be much more helpful in maintaining hydration in the body and will also help flush out the infection
