my son is 9 months old, suffering from fever for the past two days.. but no cold and cough, fever is high at night.. what is it mean

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
stxeam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines likxe sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello try to give paracetamol once in every 6 hours for 2 days and see and if still the child is getting fever then it 8s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
