Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like  fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where prtoper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS alongj with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

Their could possibly be of infection in the stomach of your child probably which is why all these things are happening I would suggest you to get a check with your doctor has further treatment can only be advised on that basis only
