my son is 8 yr 6 months old. but his weight is still 19 kg . also he is very lean ,having very thin layer of muscles on his full body . without clothes , his ribs and bones can be easily seen. also , he often complains of body pain. shall we give him some tonics . also , what should be the frequency of deworming.
