Q.

My son is 8 months old ...it's been twice or thrice...sometimes he jerks while awake ....is it normal? it was happens for a second? is it something to worry about?

A. Normal Sleep Movements: Expect some of the following: Sudden jerks or twitches of the arms, hands or legs. If they only occur during sleep, they are most likely normal.
