Q.

my son is 7 years old and he has not lost any of his milk teeth. what should I do??

A. The process can start any time after completing the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years if the new teeth are not coming yet then it’s not a problem but if the new ones are coming in the old ones have not been broken till now then it is going to be more practical to get a check with the dentist
