my son is 6months 20 days old , he has a ear itching from last night and not able to sleep well

A. Then get a check with an ENT doctor because the doctors have the proper tools to look inside it and after that only you can figure out as to why your child is having this kind of an issue or whatever discomfort your child is going to as on that basis only the doctor can advise you with the ear drops or so or any other medicine only if requiredWrite Your Answer Here
