Q.

My son is 6month 2week old, which solid foods can be given to him and how many times a day. Please suggest.

A. Give like vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge, all should be in semi solid form, and serve once a day

A. At present, I give him Ragi porridge and dry banana powder porridge once in a day only. Should I increase the quantities.

A. hello you can be giving your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and you can be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked with dal curds gheee banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi khicadi well cooked etc who h are safe
