my Son is 6 years old ...he is becoming lean day by day ...he doesnt take breakfast while going to school he eats only in lunch n dinner ...can u help me how to increase his hunger n change his habit ...

A. Hello mom from the very start it’s very important for them to have good habits , you can try to make a routine , teach in playway method of importance of breakfast . Make some easy foods for them that does not take much time to eat
