My son is 6 months old, it is necessary to give iron drops for 2months?

A. hello actually in case of any deficiency or low weight the doctor who have suggested the iron supplements instead of that right to give like in the food item itself like use lot of palak lot of green leafy vegetables and of seasonal fruits and vegetables
