My son is 6 months old. He is not eating anything from past 4 days and from today morning he is refusing milk also. is it normal

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it may be due to oral thrush baby have and please check and clean it with a wet cotton cloth and also give baby ajwain ark and saunf water for better appetite. Also give baby variety of food. Take care
