ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 6 month old It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Or you can even apply coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas. It must heal or get better. But if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care
