Health drinks are not necessary if you give homemade food fruits and vegetables and if non vegetarian then give eggs fish chicken etc. If you want to give then give as your doctor's advice. a t years old should be eating more than what you mentioned. Also solid should be given from sixth months onwards to have. a good eating habit.
The best way to transition into solids is to start with finger foods. At beginning start with steamed veggies and fruits. Let the child handle the food.
