Q.
my son is 5 yrs 7 mnth old.... he is suffering from hard stool... after sitting a long he passed stool ... he eats seasonal fruits and pulses daily

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 weeks agoA. dear mom. increase the fluid intake of your child. give him more fiber rich fruits n veggies/ raw salad. allow him some active physical play time outdoors to stimulate digestion. ok
