My son is 5 years old, he is having urine in 10-10 minutes, if he does toilet, then there is a lot of blood in it, toilet is absolutely normal please told me how to solve my son problem?

First of all the baby might be having urinary tract infection and also there might be a cut in the anaL opening because of which there is bleeding.
