my son is 5 months old ...he is having bm & fm both ,on sudden he is having green poop from 3 days ,with mild temp on body ,...is this to be concerned and moreover he is having irritation in gums bcoz of teething I guess...soo doc what could be the reason for his green colour poop..is there anything to worry .??

A. Hi yes all these are signs of teething..you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth..
