Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to apply t bact cream at least three times per day from the erosion area for at least 15 days and give nasal saline drops every 3 hours early in the nasal cavity and this will help in decreasing the epistaxis
