Q.
my son is 4months old.. his forehead is hot but body temperature is normal..? can we give water to him..? or should we give any medication..?

It looks to be normal nothing to to worry about this but still for a confirmation you can take guidance with your your doctor regarding the the doubts and it's always good to clear the things properly head palms and sole of the baby is warmer than the rest of the body
