my son is 4 yrs old he is having motions of 6 to 7 times day from past 3 days. please suggest

A. You should consult your doctor don’t know what kind of medicines would be required for this currently you can give a probiotic to to the child you can give it twice in a day Entrogermina and you can give it for three days further it would be advisable for you to get it checked with your doctor
