my son is 4 years old. he has cough every month .what I give to my child.

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body kimost of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
