my son is 4 years old he had a fall from bed 15 days ago and hit his head he was totally fine after that cried v little .he has recently caught cough and fever and is taking antibiotics just now but his behaviour has changed from yesterday he has become v violent is that because of medicine or because of fall pls suggest
