My son is 4 years old.He asks for food every half an hour.His diet is good.He is always in a Hunger mode.What is the reason behind it.This can because of tapeworms in his stomach or something else.

A. hello make sure to deworm the child once in every 6 months and also try to give a well balance food in the diet and if the child is eating good enough but still demanding for more then it would be better to once check your doctor
