my son is 4 year old he is not feeling well from today early morning..he has fever and doing vomate n feeling like headache n stomach..today is Sunday no doctor is available pls suggest any medicine pls.i already gave crocin but after crocin and ondem he did vomate

A. you are already using medicines if there is no relief you have to see the doctor ok v. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
