My son is 4 year old he eats mud a lot , even if it’s the cement, paint or putti doctor said he is anaemic i gave him the tonic of multi vitamin as well and for iron I gave him tonoferron

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum yes you are on the right track whenever your child is eating like chalk or mud or licking the walls or pebbles or something like that in that means the child is having some deficiency and what problems can be because of the calcium as well as the iron
