My son is 4 months old nd from last 2 days he is doing little watery stool. So when he is pushing slot his poop is coming in diaper little bit. He is taking proper feed nd on mix feed. Can someone help me

Teething or stomach infection can be really very big reason behind it so in the current situation I’m going to recommend you to kindly take an assessment with your doctor once your doctor is going to give you appropriate help after conducting a test
