Q.

my son is 4 months old. he is having fever 99.2°F, I had given paracetamol 100mg 0.5ml @ 10pm. now @2.45 I checked the temperature it's 99.7°F. after how much time gap can I give paracetamol again to my baby

A. paracetamol can ne repeat in every 4 to 6 hourly. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body.
