my son is 4 months old and he had heavy cough. we can here noise when he breaths.please let me know how to cure it?

A. examination will be required by the doctor to see whether it is due to allergy or seasonal variations or due to some infection and in the meantime you can give nasal saline drops and indirect steam inhalation
