My son is 4 months old. 2 days before he had cough. I took him to doctor and he give medicine and there is not significant improvement. Please provide some advice

A. there is need to change the medicine antibiotic is required kfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
