Q.
my son is 4 months and 13 days old. I can see some white pimple type of thing in his mouth and in the upper palate yellowish small pimple. what is the reason behind? Is he teething.... sharing pictures. Please help.

Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the baby and follow your doctors advice.
