my son is 4 months 14 days old.i saw red type pimple in his leg . what is this?

It could be a mosquito bite or it could just be a pimple appearing on to the skin but I cannot be sure as to what it is out of their to Sweety is going to be more practical for you to get it checked with your doctor because a physical assessment is going to give you a better clarity
