My son is 4 month old. can I start solid food & cow milk for him?

A. Hi, A big no dear. According to WHO it is recommended to give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month and nuts once baby completes 1 year
