Q.

My son is 4 month and 25 days old.he is totally on breastfeed.As I am working women from April onwards I will resume my job.so I want to know should I start Cow milk or formula,and if formula milk then please suggest me the best formula milk for my son.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is recommended to give only mother’s milk till the age of 6 months. After that you can start formula milk. You can buy Nestle Nan which is good for the baby. Thanks and take care
