Q.

My son is 4 and a half year old. He had mild fever for the past 2 days. I have given 4 doses of paracetamol. Today after consulting the paediatrician, she told to give paracetamol only if fever goes beyond 37.5 deg. Now when I checked it was 37.6 and after giving some hot water it is reduced to 37.4. Should I give paracetamol or wait and see if temperature rises again??
